Naomi Camu is a widow and single mother of Frida, age 14; Salome, age 12; and Esther, age 10. The older girls recently completed grade 8 and Esther is in 6th grade. To sustain her family, Naomi sells vegetables near her home and takes on casual jobs whenever neighbors or friends seek assistance with household tasks. Significant challenges include raising funds for rent, ensuring decent meals, and meeting the upcoming high school fees for two of her daughters.
