Getacho Teshome, a 52-year-old father of four, is a former soldier who suffered a disabling gunshot wound. Despite his injury, he earns $15 per month managing a public toilet. His wife, Fanae, 48, works as a daily laborer, earning $5 per month. They have four children: Yadani (16, Grade 9), Abdi (13, Grade 3), Firaol (8, Grade 1), and Marara (4, with a speech delay). Despite economic hardships and disability-related challenges, their children are healthy, and the family is united by strong Christian faith. Getacho aims to start cattle fattening and hen breeding to achieve financial stability. His entrepreneurial spirit and determination drive his vision for a better future. With support, Getacho can turn his vision into reality, ensuring economic stability and dignity for his family.
