ABOUT DAMARIS & HER FAMILY
Damaris is a single mother living in the Kibera Slum with her with her 2 children and 3 nieces and nephews after her sister passed away. Velma is 14 years old, and Rebecca is 9. Cynthia is 12; Jerusa and Abel are 3-year-old twins. Cynthia suffers from a disease called Lupus and receives medication at the Kenyatta National Hospital. Damaris is currently without regular work and struggling to provide for her family. She tries to find any job she can get each day. About 75% of what she brings home goes to pay rent. Your support will meet this family’s immediate needs and give them hope for the future!
