Almaz is a 56 year old single woman. She lives alone and is currently unable to work because her HIV is making her sick and weak. She is in need of daily, nutritious meals so that the antiretroviral medication
can work correctly. Once Almaz is healthier, she dreams of starting her own little business raising cattle if she is able.
